Peru

Bert Oglesbee, who has been in poor health for some time, died in Iowa City where he had been taking treatments, on Monday. The body was brought here Wednesday morning, and funeral services were held at the M.E. church Wednesday afternoon at two o’clock, conducted by Rev. Cook. Burial was made in the Peru cemetery.

Death of Bert Oglesbee

Funeral services for Bert Oglesbee, who died Monday, August 13, in an Iowa City hospital, were held Wednesday, August 15 at the Methodist church in Peru, Rev. Cook, of the Church of God preaching the sermon. Burial was in the Peru cemetery.
