Charles Kading an aged and respected German died at his home in St. Mary’s and on Sunday his remains were taken to Milo to be interred by the side of his daughter, who some years ago was murdered at their home in Belmont twp. while she was defending it against a gang of burglars, who were attempting to secure the price of their farm just sold, the money for which was known to be in the house. For the crime the justly indignant neighbors hanged one Rube Proctor, a suspect, to the frame of a pair of scales, near where a preliminary examination was being held.
