Died at her home in Earlham Tuesday, January 31st, 1893, Mrs. E. Cast, aged 59 years. The deceased has been in poor health for some time. Death resulted from a complication of neuralgia and congestion of lungs, from which she suffered only about one week.

She leaves a husband and two grown children to mourn her departure to the spirit world.

She was a consistent christian and a member of the M. E. church, from which the funeral took place at 3 o'clock Wednesday p. m., conducted by the pastor, Rev. Mills. The corpse, accompanied by Mr. Cast, was taken to Ohio for interment.
