FORMER RESIDENT BURIED AT AUDUBON

Mathew L. Rippey, a native of Winterset, died last in April at his home in Santa Cruz, Calif., according to word received here this week.

Mr. Rippey was about 65 years of age. He was the son of Lowell and Carolyn Crawford Rippey, and all his early life was spent in Winterset.

Surviving are his wife; a sister, Mrs. Bessie Jones, and a brother, Merle Rippey, both of Audubon.

Burial was made at Audubon April 29.
