Harold Eugene Henrichs

Harold Eugene Henrichs, age 80, of Branson, Missouri, passed away Sunday, May 24, 2015. He was born December 5, 1934, in Murray, Iowa. Harold was the son of Charlie and Eva (Wilkins) Henrichs. He married Cheryl Ames on June 1, 1957 in Murray, Iowa. Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Cremations of the Ozarks.

Harold proudly served our country in the United States Army and is a life member of VFW Post #8142 in Winterset, Iowa. He was a survey engineer for the Iowa State Highway Department. After retirement, Harold worked for Silver Dollar City for 15 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Forrest Henrichs; and a sister-in-law, Dorothy Henrichs.

Harold is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Cheryl Henrichs of the home; a son, Jim Henrichs of Branson, Missouri; a brother, Dwayne Henrichs and wife Darlene of Thayer, Iowa; two brother-in-laws, Kenneth Ames and wife Thelma of Branson, Missouri, Curt Ames and wife Marilyn of Branson, Missouri; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at a later time. Burial will be in Afton Green Lawn Cemetery, Afton, Iowa. Memorial donation in memory of Harold may be made to the family.
