Died, Mrs. Henry Allcock, at 3 o'clock p.m., Sunday February 17, of consumption. She had been sick about two months.

Effie Odell was born in Madison county in 1872, and married to Mr. Henry Allcock July 12, 1892. A little daughter 19 months old was left by her death to the care of the father.

Deceased was the daughter of Mr. Solomon Odell, a well known and highly respected pioneer settler of this county. The mother, now gone, was a faithful member of the M. E church and died with a Christian's peace of mind and hope of reward.

The funeral was held at her home Monday, conducted by Rev. Chas. Hoover. Henry and the other bereaved relatives have the consolation of widely felt sympathy in this sad hour.
