Bert Rowe, well known in Winterset and throughout the southwest part of this county, died Friday at Excelsior Springs, Mo., where he had gone a short time ago in hopes of obtaining relief from Bright’s disease, which was the cause of his death.
The deceased was one of the most popular young men in the vicinity of Macksburg and the announcement of his death came as a profound shock to his acquaintances here, few of whom knew of his serious condition. More details of his life will be found in this paper in an obituary notice.
