Dean Holmes died Friday night, May 5 at Kings Daughters’ hospital at Perry. Death resulted from two strokes. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at Fairview church and burial at Fairview cemetery.

DEAN F. HOLMES DIES AT HOSPITAL IN PERRY

Dean F. Holmes, a resident of Jefferson township, died May 5 at the hospital in Perry after a brief illness following a stroke. He was 60 years of age.

He is survived by his wife, two sons, three daughters and eight grandchildren.

Funeral services were held May 8 from the Fairview church, in charge of the Rev. C. A. Crouse. Burial was made in the cemetery there.
