ROSEMARY STRAWN, TRURO

Rosemary Creger Strawn, 86, died Dec. 11, 2013.

Services will be held at Kale Funeral Home - Truro, on Thursday, Dec. 19, at 3:00 p.m. with Pastor Sandy Smith officiating. Private interment will be in the Young Cemetery near Truro. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Mercy Hospice (5820 Winwood Drive, Johnston IA 50131).

Rosemary was born in Truro, Iowa, on May 23, 1927, the daughter of the late Forrest and Marjorie Creger.

She was preceded in death by her husband Dale and grandson Richard Dale Strawn II.

She is survived by two sons, Richard (Sharon) Strawn of Lutz, Fla., and Tim (Deborah) Strawn of Roanoke, Va.; five grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and many other family members and friends.
