Bethany, MissouriDale L. Nellis, 79, Platte City, (formerly of Bethany, MO) died Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at a Platte City nursing facility.
He was born January 5, 1934 in Perry, Iowa, the son of Donald and Edna (Kincennon) Nellis.
Dale was an iron worker early in life.
Survivors include a sister, Marilyn Walker, and a brother, Claudie Nellis both of Milliken, CO.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 10, at the Roberson Funeral Home, Bethany, MO. Burial in Earlham Cemetery, Earlham, Iowa. Visitation will be 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home where friends may call after 9:00 a.m. Tuesday. Online condolences may be left at www.robersonfuneralhome.com .
