Leo E. Davis, 89, died Wednesday of heart disease at Manor Care Nursing Center in Hemet. Private family services are planned.
Burial will be private.
Mc Wane Family Funeral Home in Hemet is handling arrangements.
Mr. Davis, who was born in St. Charles, Iowa, lived in Hemet 27 years. He was an electrician with Southern California Edison in Whittier for 26 years.
He was a member of the Masonic Lodge, Shriners Club and Order of the Eastern Star in Whittier. He was also a member of the Golden Coach Manor Shuffleboard Club.
Mr. Davis enjoyed traveling and golfing.
He is survived by his wife, Mary; two daughters, Bette Eckerman of Westlake Village and Donna Russell of Canyon Lake; two stepdaughters, Earlene Wall of Helena, Mont., and Marilyn Wells of Tehachapi; five grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Hazel Clark of Iowa.
