RANDALL MCDONALD, Grimes

Randall (Randy) S. McDonald, 60, of Grimes died Thursday, June 6, 2013, in Des Moines Iowa Hospice Care from complications of diabetes and heart problems.

Memorial services will be held at the Winterset Methodist Church at 2 p.m. on Sunday, July 7, 2013, with burial at McDonald/Chase cemetery.

Randy was born Aug. 4, 1952, to V. Scott and Mary (Archer) McDonald. He was their only son. He attended Winterset Schools. He farmed with his father for awhile, drove over the road semis and worked for security. He lived most of his life in Madison Co. before moving to Grimes, Iowa. He enjoyed Single Action Western Style shooting and NASCAR.

He is preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
