Leila L. Fuson, 81, of 1312 E. Fremont St., died Tuesday of heart failure and complications from surgery at Iowa Methodist Medical Center.

Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, with burial in the Winterset Cemetery.

Born in Madison County, Mrs. Fuson lived in Lorimor and moved to Des Moines in 1943.

Survivors include her husband, Guy; three sons, Verle and Donald, both of Des Moines and Delmer of Foster, Ore.; two daughters, Wilma Kennedy of Des Moines and Marguerite Brown of Cheyenne, Wyo.; 13 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at the funeral home until time of services.
