Services for H. Everett Hart, 83, of 3817 Sixty-sixth St., will be at 3 p.m. Monday at Westover Funeral Home. Burial will be at St. Charles Cemetery.

Mr. Hart died Friday at Northwest Hospital of emphysema. He was born in Norwalk and lived in Des Moines 28 years. He retired in 1952 as a custodian for the Urbandale schools. He had previously farmed in Polk and Dallas counties.

Surviving are his wife, Inez; three daughters, Mrs. Geneva Johnston, Canoga Park, Calif., Mrs. Phyllis York, Ogden and Mrs. Lela Wineland, Orlando, Fla.; three sons, Marvin, Rockville, Md., Robert, College Park, Md., and Roland, Fort Myers, Fla.; three sisters, Ann and Mrs. Bertha Fiedel, both of Indianola, and Mrs. Ethel Milikie, St. Charles; a brother, O. B. Hart of Detroit, Mich.; 27 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
