Services for Glen R. Walker, 61 of 1011 Carrie Ave., will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Christ The King Catholic Church, with burial at St. Patrick’s Cemetery in the Irish Settlement.

The rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. today at the Caldwell-Brien Funeral Home.

Mr. Walker died Friday at Iowa Lutheran Hospital after a lengthy illness. He was a lifelong resident of Des Moines and was a salesman at Walker Fish Market until his retirement in 1953.

Surviving are his wife, Rose E., of Des Moines; three sons, John D., Richard G., and James R. Walker, all of Des Moines; a sister, Mrs. Dan Smith, of Des Moines, and eight grandchildren.
