St. Charles Woman Dies at 91 Years

Mrs. Winifred Frazier, life-long resident of the St. Charles and New Virginia communities, died Saturday, Nov. 9, at a hospital in Des Moines. She was 91 years of age.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Harvey Neal of Des Moines; two granddaughters, and two great grandchildren.

Mrs. Frazier, 91, Dies in Hospital

Mrs. Winifred Frazier, 91, of St. Charles died Saturday at Iowa Methodist Hospital.

She was born at New Virginia, and lived in St. Charles 38 years. She was a member of the St. Charles Garden Club and Methodist Church.

Surviving are her daughter, Mrs. Harvey Neal of Des Moines; two granddaughters, and two great grandchildren.
