Denise M. L’Estrange, 33, of Norwalk died of leukemia Friday at University Hospitals in Iowa City. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church near Cumming, of which she was a member. Burial will be at St. Patrick’s Cemetery there.

Miss L’Estrange was born in Winterset and had lived in Norwalk for 15 years. She was a member of the support staff for the National Catholic Rural Life Conference.

She is survived by four brothers, John of Slater, Jerome of Besalt, Colo., Dan of Prole and Joe of Columbia, Mo.; and five sisters, Margaret L’Estrange and Pat L’Estrange, both of Norwalk, Theresa L’Estrange of Wes Des Moines, Susan Hart of Adel and Mary L’Estrange of Huntington Beach, Calif.

Friends may call after 2 p.m. Tuesday at Peterson Funeral Home in Indianola, where the family will be present from 5 to 8 p.m. and where a vigil services will be held at 8 p.m.
