AFTON, IA.—Sara Jean Cornelison, newborn daughter of Kimberly K. Matticks and James R. Cornelison of Afton, died of complications from premature birth Sunday at Greater Community Hospital in Creston. Graveside services were Tuesday at Barney Cemetery near Lorimor.

Survivors in addition to her parents include her grandparents, Frank and Phyllis Wood of Afton, Lonnie and Fred Mattiks of Des Moines and Robert and Brenda Kneuper of Lorimor; and her great-grandparents, Pauline Cornelison of Bethany, Mo., Stanley and Lucille Daniels of Des Moines, James and Grace Matticks of Denver, Colo., and Dewitt and Delores McVey of Lorimor.
