AFTON, IA.—Services for Oliver Harold Cornelison, 67, of Afton, who died of a heart attack Friday at his home, will be at 2:30 p.m. Monday at Lindsay-Watts Funeral Home in Lorimor. Burial will be in Barney Cemetery in Barney.

Mr. Cornelison was born in Clarke County and lived most of his life in the Afton area. He was a retired farmer and a member of the Non-denominational Christian Church in Afton.

Survivors include his wife, Pauline; four sons, Earl Lee of Weldon, Ark., Willis Gene of Cainsville, Mo., Harold Roger of Webster City and Thomas Delbert of Afton; a daughter, Phyllis Arlene Wood of Arispe; three sisters, Roma Campbell and Carrie Stone, both of Creston, and Myrtle Brown of LaJunta, Colo.; and 14 grandchildren.

Memorial may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.

Friends may call today from 7 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Oliver H. Cornelison, Afton

Services for Oliver H. Cornelison, 67, rural Afton, who died at his residence Sept. 21, were held Monday, Sept. 24, at the Watts-Lindsay Funeral Home with the Rev. Vernon Spinner officiating. Burial was at the Barney cemetery.

Born on March 31, 1917 in Clarke County, he was the son of James R. and Laura L. Palmer Cornelison. He married Pauline C. Smiley on Sept. 1, 1945 in Bethany, Mo.

Mr. Cornelison spent most of his life in farming. He belonged to the Undenominational Christian organization.

Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Phyllis Wood of Arispe, Iowa; sons, Earl of Wildon, Ark., Willis of Cainesville, Mo., Harold of Webster City and Thomas of Afton; a step-daughter, Colleen Miller; sisters, Mrs. Carrie Stone and Mrs. Roma Campbell, both of Creston, and Mrs. Myrtle Brown of LaJunta, Colo.; and 14 grandchildren and several step-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters and a grandson Earl Lee Cornelison.
