Carlisle, IA. – Graveside services for Mrs. Nellie M. Peterson, 79, of Carlisle will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Earlham Cemetery in Earlham.

Mrs. Peterson died of diabetes Wednesday at the Good Samaritan Nursing Home in Indianola, where she had been about seven months.

A Madison County native, she lived in Carlisle about 30 years. She was a member of the Carlisle United Methodist Church.

Surviving are a son, Charles of Carlisle; a daughter, Mrs. Rosalie Cole of Mason City, and five grandchildren.

The body is at the Richardson Funeral Home in Carlisle.
