LARRY CAUDLE, Winterset

Larry Caudle, 59, of Winterset died Friday, Jan. 20, 2012, at his residence.

A gathering with family and friends will take place Saturday, Feb. 11, from 4 to 6 p.m. at Ochiltree Funeral Service in Winterset, with a memorial service beginning at 6 p.m. Saturday evening. Memorials to the family will be appreciated.

Larry George Caudle was born Sept. 12, 1952, in Winterset, Iowa, the son of Phillip C. and Shirley Ann (Day) Caudle. Larry enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1971. He worked in construction most of his working years, and loved playing cards, especially poker played with the “Garrison Poker Club”.

He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant brother, Phillip Jr.

Larry is survived by his two sons, Jeffrey Caudle of Des Moines and Wayne Caudle of Deland, Fla. He is also survived by three siblings: Sheila Caudle of Cabool, Mo.; and Wayne and Dean Caudle both of Winterset.
