Death of MRS. LUCINDA REED

Mrs. Lucinda Wilkins Reed died in Mission Creek, Nebr., July 23d at the age of 86 years. She was the widow of James H. Reed, their life for years being spent in the North Branch neighborhood. There she was a charter member of the United Presbyterian church of North Branch, serving its interests with loyal, consistent service. Mrs. Reed's long and earnest Christian life has been an inspiration to all who knew her.

She is survived by one daughter and two sons, all of Pawnee county, Nebraska.

Mrs. Lucinda Reed

Mrs. Lucinda Reed was born in Mercer county, Pennsylvania, November 24, 1831. She was married to James reed in October 15, 1857.

Mrs. Reed died at Mission Creek, Nebraska, July 25. The funeral services were held at the Fairview church, July 25 at eleven o'clock, conducted by Rev. W. J. Stewart. Interment was made in the Fairview cemetery.

Mrs. Reed was a charter member of the North Branch United Presbyterian church.

She is survived by one daughter, Aletha and two sons, M. W,. Reed and J. W. Reed, of Pawnee county, Nebraska.
