JOSEPH J. L'ESTRANGE, Chillicothe, MO

A visitation and prayer service for Joseph James L'Estrange, 49, who died Sunday, January 1, 2012 at his home in Chillicothe, MO, will be held from 4 to 8 p.m with services at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, January 5 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola. Following services his body will be cremated and a graveside committal of cremains will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, January 6 in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Indianola.

Joseph was born the son of John and Eleanor (Roach) L'Estrange on October 4, 1962 in Winterset, Iowa. He was united in marriage to Deborah Blake on October 7, 1987 in Eagleville, MO. Joseph worked as a delivery driver for Lowes.

Survivors include his wife, Deborah; son, Joe L'Estrange; daughter, Samantha L'Estrange; and grandchild, Zoey Yoshiko L'Estrange all of Chillicothe; brothers, John (Kay) L'Estrange of Ankeny, IA, Dan L'Estrange of Prole, IA and Jerome (Cathy) L'Estrange of Buena Vista, CO; sisters, Margaret L'Estrange of Norwalk, IA, Susan L'Estrange of Adel, IA, Mary L'Estrange of Fountain Valley, CA, Pat L'Estrange of Waukee, IA and Theresa L'Estrange of Urbandale, IA; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Denise L'Estrange.
