Page 1, Column 1Death of Mrs. Isadore Freymark
Friday's Chicago Tribune announced the funeral of Mrs. Blanche Mayer Freymark to occur that afternoon in Chicago. Mrs. Freymark died at the home in Lemmon S. D., but no details were given, aside from the fact that she was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Solomon H. Mayer of Chicago.
Mrs. Freymark came to Winterset as a bride, and resided here until a couple of years ago, as Mr. Freymark was in business here for a number of years. Old neighbors and friends of the Freymarks will sorrow with Mr. Freymark, who is left to care for little Mariam and Melvin, both children claiming Winterset as their birthplace.
Mrs. Freymark's friends recognized the force and strength of character that lay behind her modest and gracious demeanor. Few people in Winterset knew that she was an accomplished vocalist, so unassuming was she. Mrs. Freymark was highly esteemed as a member of Winterset chapter O.E.S. Love of home and family predominated in her life and the early separation from her children, husband and other relatives will be grievous sorrow to all of them. To Mr. Freymark and Mr. and Mrs. Mayer, both so widely know here, will go the deepest sympathy of many friends and acquaintances in Madison county.
