Henry Robshaw of Peru, died Saturday, April 10 at Memorial hospital in Winterset. He was 81 years of age.
Mr. Robshaw was a longtime resident of Madison County. Much of his active life was spent working as a carpenter.
He was a native of Muscatine where he was born Jan. 31, 1884, a son of Martin and Eva Dare Robshaw.
Surviving are his wife, the former Ethel Morgan; two sons, Merrill and John Robshaw of Omaha; a daughter, Mrs. Mary Rhone, of Peru; two step-sons, Marvin Armstrong of Truro and Orval of Des Moines; a step-daughter, Mrs. Edna Mathews of California. He also leaves 14 grandchildren; and a brother, Floyd Robshaw of Hanover, Illinois.
Funeral services were held from the Kale Funeral home at Truro, conducted by the Rev. James Nicholson. Burial was made in the Peru Cemetery.
