Death of Everett Farr

Everett Willard, the small son of Mr. and Mrs. Loren Farr, who was seriously burned two weeks ago, died early Wednesday morning, May 11th at the Winterset hospital. The little fellow was burned, the morning of April 27th, and he was taken immediately to the Winterset hospital, where, although he had the best of care, his condition did not improve. Everett was three years of age.

He was born near Blair Chapel in Madison county, January 11th, 1924, but moved to Lincoln township, with his family when he was but one year of age. He is survived by his parents, and two sisters, Dorothy and Rena Marie, and many distant relatives.

Rev. D. J. Shenton conducted a brief service in the Tidrick funeral home, at 9:30 this morning, and the remainder of the service at Blair Chapel, at 11 o’clock. Burial was made in the Blair Chapel cemetery.
