Death Of R. R. Henrichs

Richard Ralph Henrichs of Lincoln Township, who had been in poor health for some time, died Sunday, Feb. 17th, at the University hospital in Iowa City. He was 40 years of age and had been suffering from cancer and complications for some time.

Mr. Henrichs was a son of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Henrichs and was born at Murray April 9, 1888. His mother preceded him in death one month and one day.

He was married Nov. 8, 1916, to Miss Josephine Pearl Low and to them were born two daughters, Eunice Henrietta and Lola Josephine.

Besides his wife and two daughters, Mr. Henrichs is survived by two brothers and five sisters: Albert, of New Virginia; Mrs. Hanna Turner of Hazard, Nebraska; Henry Henrichs of Murray; Pattie Henrichs of Golden, Illinois; Mrs. Mattie Turner of Murray; Mrs. Minnie Gronwold, of La Prairie, Illinois and Fannie Henrichs, of Golden, Illinois.

Rev. F. Clair McCallon conducted the funeral services at the Church of Christ, Tuesday, Feb. 19 at 2 o'clock, and burial was made at the Winterset cemetery.

Mr. Henrichs in his earl life, became a member of the Lutheran church, at Golden, Illinois, but at the age of 28 years united with the Christian church at Murray.
