Gail Clinton Rogers was born in Cass county, Iowa, Sept. 6, 1891. He moved with his parents to Winterset when not quite a year old, where he has since resided. He died at Glenwood, after a short illness, on June 19, 1912, aged 20 years, 9 months and 13 days. He leaves a mother, two brothers and one sister, his father having died in 1899.

The funeral services were conducted at the home by Rev. E. E. Bennett, assisted by Rev. A. C. Grafton. The sympathy of the entire community is extended Mrs. Rogers and family in their hour of sorrow.

Note: Burial was made in the Winterset cemetery.
