Harry Leroy Best, son of Edward and Ida Best was born near Booneville, March 9, 1912, and died March 28, 1912, aged two weeks and five days. His little life, though short, was full of suffering, that dread disease pneumonia being too much for his frail little body. Beside the father and mother, two little brothers, George and Earl, with a host of relatives mourn his loss.

Note: Burial was made in the Union Chapel-Jefferson township cemetery.
