EBENEZER B. ROBINSON

E. B. Robinson of Webster Township, one of the early settlers of this county, died suddenly on last Wednesday while on the way to his son's, Bert Robinson, who lives near East Peru.

When near Zion church in Scott township, he was stricken with heart failure and died almost instantly. The body was removed to the home of Henderson McDonald, nearby, and other member of the family notified. The deceased was 86 years of age, and was held in high esteem.

Funeral services were held by Rev. J. L. Johnson of Peru at the son's home on Friday. Interment was made in the Winterset cemetery.
