Michelle Dawn Carley, 39, of West Des Moines died June 15, 2010, at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines.

Funeral services were held Saturday, June 19, at the First Federated Church Chapel in Des Moines. Burial followed at Resthaven Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to Michelle Carley’s Children’s Fund. Arrangements were handled by Hamilton’s Funeral & After Life Services in West Des Moines.

Michelle Carley was a graduate of West Marshall High School and attended Iowa State University.

She is survived by her husband, Mike; her four sons — Nick, Noah, Joe and Chris; her parents, Jill Alles and Robert Alles; a brother, Brad Alles; and her grandparents, Darrel and Shirley Wildin and John and Jean Alles.

Michelle Dawn Carley, 39, died peacefully with her loving family by her side on June 15, 2010 at Iowa Methodist Medical Center.

Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Saturday, June 19, 2010 at First Federated Church Chapel, 4801 Franklin Avenue in Des Moines, with burial following at Resthaven Cemetery, 19th and Ashworth in West Des Moines. Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. Friday evening at Hamilton's on Westown Parkway, 3601 Westown Parkway in West Des Moines.

Michelle was a graduate of West Marshall High School and attended Iowa State University. She loved to cook, playing with their dog K.C., and reading to her boys but most of all being with her children and watching them in sports activities.

Michelle's love for her boys was never ending. What ever they wanted she made sure she was able to give to them. "They were her everything."

She is survived by her husband, Mike; children, Nick, Noah, Joe and Chris; parents, Jill Alles and Robert Alles; brother, Brad (Amy) Alles; grandparents, Darrel (Shirley) Wildin, John (Jean) Alles; mother- in-law, Frances Carley; numerous nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Michelle Carley's Children's Fund.
