Death of L. F. Kline

Mr. L. F. Kline, who, for the past three years, has been a resident of this place, coming here from Sidney, died at his home in the southeast part of town Monday night after an illness of about ten days. Mr. Kline was employed as abstractor in the land office of Hamilton Bros., where he was very efficient and popular. He was a man forty-nine years of age, leaves a family of seven children, only two of whom lived with him at the time of his death. Although practically a newcomer he had many friends among the business men and all others with whom he came in contact. He was a very quiet and unobtrusive man and a very hard worker. His close application to business broke down his health and was the direct cause of his death.

The remains were taken to Sidney Wednesday and will be interred by the side of his wife who died some years ago.
