Francis E. Hagen

Services for Francis E. (Chub) Hagen of 1208 Locust St., West Des Moines, will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at McLaren's Funeral Chapel, with burial in the St. Charles Cemetery .

Mr. Hagen, 56, died of a heart attack Monday at his home. Born in Lamoni, he moved to West Des Moines five years ago from Bevington. He had worked for Madison County Hospital and Delavan Manufacturing.

Survivors include his wife, Donna; three daughters, Debbie James of Van Meter, Karen Matysik of Cleveland and Diana Hagen of Des Moines; a stepdaughter, Judy Dutter of St. Charles; a stepson, Bob Weeter of Johnson; a son, Mark, and his mother, Louise Vos, both of Des Moines; five brothers, Don of Indianola, Cleo of Knoxville, Bing of Melcher-Dallas and Wayne and Bill, both of West Des Moines; and nine grandchildren.

Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral chapel.
