Herbert Cook - St. Charles, Iowa

Services for Herbert Cook, 54, of St. Charles, who was killed Wednesday in a two-car collision in Des Moines, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the St. Charles Methodist Church.

Mr. Cook, an employee of the Marquette Cement Co. of West Des Moines, is survived by his wife, Mary; two sons, Amos of Truro and James of St. Charles; three brothers, John and Martin, both of St. Charles, and Daniel of West Des Moines; three sisters, Mrs. Kathryn Thornburg of New Virginia, Mrs. Dorothy Hanks and Mrs. Juanita Lane, both of West Des Moines.
