The sad news reached this office by phone just as we were ready for the press that Inez Herrald, of Oxford, Iowa, who formerly lived in West Peru, was dead. The body will be brought to Winterset tomorrow (Friday) and the funeral will be held (we presume at Bethel church) Saturday at 11 a.m. We learned no further particulars. –East Peru Mail.

The funeral services of Miss Inez Harrell was at Zion church last Saturday at 11 a.m., conducted by her pastor from Oxford, Ia., where she resided at the time of her death, which occurred on April 27th.

Miss Inez Harrel died at her home in Oxford, Iowa, Friday, April 27th., aged 22 years. The body was brought back to Winterset Saturday, to the home of her cousin, Caleb Robbins, and the funeral services were held Sunday from the Zion church. Interment in the Beem cemetery. Rev. Pool, from Oxford, accompanied the relatives and conducted the services.
Miss Harrel ha many relatives and friends in the county, and her death came as a shock as she had been ill but a few days.
