Death has again visited our community. On September 26th a little adopted son of John Oglesby and wife, after a brief life of less than eight years, was called to the home above.

Coordinator's note: In about 1895 and two years after his mother had died, Virgil Kale was taken in by his father's sister, Elizabeth Kale, and her husband, John Oglesbee.
