Mrs. Anna Creger was born Sept. 6, 1832 and died March 30, 1901 at the home of her daughter Mrs. Walker after a sickness of several months. Her funeral sermon was preached at the Christian church at 2 p.m. March 31 by Rev. A. A. Thomas of East Peru. Her remains were laid to rest by the side of her husband and two sons in the Young cemetery.
