Angus McDonald died at Montezuma, Ia., Thursday,, December 6, 1900, of cancer of the liver. Mr. McDonald was about 55 years of age, and for a good many months was pressman in the REVIEW office. He also did janitor work and teaming. He had been a pilot on the great lakes.

He was a member of the Adventist church of this city and was a man of high moral character and strict integrity. His wife and several children survive him. At the time of his death he was visiting his mother.

Local Pickups

Angus McDonald of this city died at the home of his brother in Montezuma last Thursday and was buried at that place the following Saturday. For the past few months he has been suffering with cancer of the liver, and a short time ago had an operation performed but without any effect.

Mr. McDonald has been a resident of this city for the past 12 or 15 years. He was about 50 years of age, was a devout church member. He leaves a wife and family.
