John Hogue has been sick for some time but we are glad to hear he is improving. Two weeks ago last Monday the death angel visited their home, taking their little boy. They have the sympathy of the community in their sad affliction and bereavement.

East Peru

The 18 months old child of John Hogg and wife died Monday night of spinal meningitis, after an illness of four weeks. The funeral took place Tuesday at 4 p.m. This leaves the home childless, this being the second child which they have lost. The bereaved parents have the sympathy of the entire community.
