J. W. Bradshaw, one of our early settlers and best citizens has just been called to his reward. He had been a sufferer for a long time, and by his patience and daily trust in him who doeth all things well, truly left the evidence that there is a peace beyond this life. He has always been an exemplary citizen, a true father and one who every one respected. He was a consistent Christian, always exhorting his friends to live faithful. His friends have the sympathy of all, and we can but direct them to the God, who was the source of his help and strength.
