F. E. Meyer, of Jefferson township, on of the substantial German farmers of that neighborhood, and township clerk, died very suddenly yesterday, while at work about the farm.

F. E. Myers, of Jefferson township, died suddenly yesterday. Mr. Myers had gone to the field to look after some stock and was found dead only a short time afterwards. He was a son-in-law of Geherd Storck and a well-to-do farmer.

Note: Burial place is unknown but his wife and some children are buried at the Trinity Lutheran Cemetery.
