St. Charles and Roundabout -

The aged father of Charles Way, who resided a couple of miles west of Hanley, died at the home of his son Saturday. Funeral occurred on Sabbath afternoon, services by Rev. Proudfit of this city at the Union Chapel in South township and burial in the cemetery at that place.

The venerable and worthy gentleman was aged eighty-nine.

Grandpa Way, after a lingering illness passed away Saturday morning. The remains were laid to rest in the Union Chapel cemetery. Rev. Proudfit, of St. Charles, conducted the services.
