Obituary

Little Edgar Villier, youngest son of Frank and Fannie Villier, died Nov. 11, 1898, of whooping cough. He was born Nov. 15, 1896, was a delicate child yet more bright than ordinary and leaves a vacancy in the home which all parents feel. Services were conducted by Rev. Barkheimer. Although absent in home and mothers arms it is a comfort to know he is in Jesus arms.

“I take the little lambs said he, and lay them in my breast, protection they shall find in me, in me be ever blessed. Death may the hands of life unloose, but can’t desolve my love; millions of infant souls compose, the family above.”
