R. W. Foster, who has been sick for some time, died last Wednesday morning, April 22. Deceased was about 60 years of age, and was a well-to-do, highly respected citizen.

He leaves but four children to mourn his loss, three of his daughters having died during the last ten months. He leaves quite a large amount of property, of which Harry, his oldest son, is administrator.

The funeral services were conducted by Rev. Roddy at the Presbyterian church Friday, April 24th, after which the body was laid to rest in the Earlham cemetery.

R. W. Foster died the morning of the 22d. This makes the fourth victim death has claimed from this family in less than one year.

Mr. Foster was born in Scotland, April 9th, 1843. He leaves two sons and two daughters. His life was insured for $3,000.
