Mrs. Bell Latta died February 4th, at the home of Samuel Lee. She was a sister of Mrs. Lee and an aunt of Detective Ed. Johnson of Des Moines. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. Roddy and her remains laid to rest in the Penn Center cemetery.

Miss Belle Latty died at the home of her sister Mrs. Samuel Lee, Tuesday, February 4th, of consumption, she was buried at Penn Center Thursday at 11 o’clock. Rev. Roddy conducted the services.
