Earlham and Vicinity

The funeral of John McNichols, who died at the Dallas county poor farm, occurred Sunday morning at 11 o’clock from the Friends church, after which the interment took place at the Earlham cemetery. Mr. McNichols was an old settler in this vicinity, and was esteemed by all who knew him.

John McNichols, who was taken to the Dallas county asylum, on the 19th, was brought home Saturday a corpse. He died Saturday morning and was buried Sunday.
