Mrs. Mary Gillis, wife of E. P. Gillis, of Union township, died last Sunday, after an illness beginning with malaria and ending in inflammation of the bowels. The funeral was held at eleven o’clock this forenoon, at the United Presbyterian church. The remains were sent to Ontario, Illinois, for burial.
