George Reigle was born in Harrison county, Ohio, Nov. 28, 1841. He was a son of Jacob and Nancy Reigle and came with his parents to Madison county in the year of 1854, living here until he moved to Polk county about 20 years ago.
In the last year he was taken to the Home for the Aged, where he died Sept. 26, 1917. He was 75 years, 10 months and 26 days old when he died.
Three nephews: J. W. , Seth and Dan Reigle and two nieces, Mrs. A. F. Hill and Mrs. Steve Parkins, reside in Madison county.
