RUTH KLEATSCH DUNN

Ruth Mae Kleatsch was born in Madison county on Dec. 17, 1899 and passed away at her home three miles south of Winterset on Monday, Sept. 12, 1921, aged 21 years, 8 months and 25 days. On March 31, 1916, she was united in marriage to Leo A. Dunn and to this union one son was born, Robert Eugene on March 4, 1920.

She united with the Church of Christ in 1915 and continued in this relationship until the day of her death. Her death came as a shock to the family and community, as the brief illness had not been thought of as being of a serious nature. The end came as a childlike sleep.

She leaves to hold her in fond and cherished memory, her companion, the 18 month old son, the father and mother, one sister, Mrs. Bessie Libby and other more distant relatives and a large circle of friends.

Funeral services were conducted on Wednesday afternoon at the Church of Christ by the pastor of that church. Burial in the Winterset cemetery.
