John Frather, a former resident of this vicinity, and of Winterset, but recently of Des Moines, died at his home in the latter place, and was brought to St. Charles on Tuesday for burial in our cemetery. His disease, typhoid pneumonia, only made its appearance one week before his death. He leaves a wife and a large number of children.
